Mornitoring Service

With the Monitoring Service, we will monitor the IT systems of our customers by:
  •  Monitoring the availability and performance of devices/ applications used in the organization
  • Accurately and quickly detecting and warnning operators when problems or incident occur in the system
  • Showing the monitoring parameters, incidents clearly and conveniently
  • Reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Full Managed Service

On behalf of the customer, we will perform all the tasks in the management process for any system that our customer chooses, (for example: Network and Security system, email server system, storage and back-up system, middleware/ website/ application system, unified communication system, etc.). The service package includes the following tasks:

  • Operational management and supervision
  • Change management
  • Management and troubleshooting
  •  Provide periodic reports
Vendor Management Service

Vendor Management Service is an unique service, that is different from other Managed Services. On behalf of customers, we will work and coordinate with their suppliers. The key features of this service include:

  • Support classification of suppliers
  • Manage the providers that customers are using the service with
  • Coordinating and coordinating with suppliers in troubleshooting and supporting customer services (especially in cases where the supplier must be onsite at the customer’s location)
  • Evaluate service quality of suppliers
DC Consolidation and Logistic Service

With the service of Data Center Consolidation and transporting the customer’s equipment from one location to another, Telehouse provides a team of experienced professional engineers to ensure all the stages from onsite analysis, planning development, proposing data center relocation processes until actual implementation.

During the data center relocation process, we ensure that all of our customers’ IT equipment will be transported and reinstalled safely and quickly.

Remote Hand Service
With Remote Hand Service, we will support customers with technical operations directly on each device based on their specific requirements and instructions, including but not limited to:
  • On-site technical support (Reboot, Power on/off according to the client’s request and client’s procedure)
  • Check LEDs
  • Plug in the network cable according to the client’s request and client’s procedure
  • Remove/install equipment according to the client’s request and client’s procedure (not causing downtime on equipment)
